1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • A cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant or if the shipping process has started.

2. Non-Cancellable Products

  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, including:


Flowers
Food items
Any other perishable goods

  • Refund or replacement for perishable items may be considered only if the customer proves that the delivered product was of poor quality.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to our Customer Service team.
  • Your request will be reviewed once the merchant verifies the condition of the item at their end.
  • This must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. Product Not as Described

If the product received does not match:

  • The description shown on the website, or
  • Your expectations

You must inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your complaint, the team will make an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.

5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • If your product comes with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.
  • Our cancellation or replacement policy does not override manufacturer warranties.

6. Refund Timelines

  • If a refund is approved by MANMEET KAUR, it will take 6–8 days to process the refund to the customer.
  • Refund duration may vary based on the payment method or bank processing time.
